Job Description

New Business Development Manager (Field Sales) – IT / CAD BLUF3294

Based from Knutsford

Salary up to £28,000 basic OTE £48,000 plus Company car or annual allowance and other Benefits

Our client specialises in the supply of innovative design technology and associated consultancy, integration and professional services covering Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Process and Plant and Structural Analysis.

They currently have an opportunity for a New Business Development Manager to join them to generate new business; meeting regularly with existing customers to extend and manage customer relationships in order to generate new sales leads, deal with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for planning and prioritising your own personal sales activities. Contacting potential customers and up selling opportunities identified as a result of existing relationships.

Candidates for this role must have previous B2B experience, with a strong emphasis on new business development, within the IT sector and ideally in a CAD environment (although this is not essential).   You should be skilled in the management of data, quote generation and accurate sales forecasting and have the ability to manage the whole sales cycle through to closing and generate your own leads while working to deadlines.
