Job Description

KINGSLAND WINES & SPIRITS Based Manchester Area Salary circa £16K - £18k

Kingsland Wines & Spirits is a well established and rapidly expanding company sourcing wines globally and bottling and supplying both wines and spirits to the UK retail trade. With five bottling lines and bag-in-box capability there has been significant recent investment in all areas of the business including people, plant and site development.

Recent restructure within the business has resulted in the need to strengthen our Customer Service Department to maintain the high level of service required by our growing Customer base. As a result of this we are now looking to recruit for the position of:

Demand Management Administrator

Reporting to the Customer Demand Manager, the key objectives of this role is as follows:

  • €¢ Preparation of weekly sales/stock plans, collating EDI / EPOS data and timely distribution of said reports to all specified recipients

  • €¢ Producing weekly KPI reports for all retail and contract customers

  • €¢ Updating and monitoring any forecast deviations on all EDLP and promotional lines

  • €¢ Proposing forecast amendments based on sales and EPOS data

  • €¢ Maintaining, monitoring and updating stock figures for a number of customers

  • €¢ Investigating all potential out of stock situations to see if they can be avoided

  • €¢ Maintaining promotional information

  • €¢ Regular weekly liaison / meetings with key contributors to review the exception report to ensure thorough and accurate provision of information

  • €¢ Providing holiday/sickness cover for other areas within the customer services department

The successful candidate should have experience of working in a FMCG environment and have the ability to plan and prioritise workload. You would be expected to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. You should have excellent IT skills working in both Word and Excel.

The successful applicant will be committed, flexible and diligent in this role; you will be a self-starter with strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
