Do you hold call centre experience where you have completed outbound calls?

The positions are to initiate telephone calls to potential & current customers within our Clients existing market place, introducing new products, special offers & securing sales through reorders & new products whilst providing a high standard of customer care:

To make regular contact with each customer on your customer base, updating their record with the content of the call and then diarise the record for the customer to be called at a later date.

To make follow up calls to customers who have requested samples of our products in an attempt to generate installations of new products and to bring new customers on board.

To carry out calls to customers/prospects following up on specific marketing initiatives i.e. promotions, new products, market research etc.

To assist the inbound area with the incoming call traffic when required.



You will hold excellent call centre and outbound skills. It is highly important that are committed to work till December 2010, be accurate, excellent data entry skills and the ability to work as a team.

Good communication skills with colleagues, customers, suppliers and visitors.

Self - Motivated to be able to stay focused at all times and to work towards both productivity and bookings targets.

Multi functional to be able to assist other areas i.e. inbound when required
