My client is looking for 3 highly experienced customer service people
The company have 9 Automotive Dealerships based in the Cheshire Area.
You will be located at their Head Office in Crewe
Job Spec
To carry out predictive marketing calls from their Crewe site
Contacting (by telephone) previous, existing and new customers and advising them that their car is due for a service/ MOT/ promotional offers etc
Your target is to book in work for the dealerships (Service and Bodyshop)
Sound background of the automotive trade is an advantage but not essential
ex service advisors would be ideal,–however there will be a wealth of information available to hand, and plenty of auto experience in the room.
Excellent Telehone manner
Good working attitude, with attention to detail very important
Monday to Friday -9am-5.30pm
Basic £15,000 plus commission structure in place
