We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Team Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide clear leadership and motivation for a telesales and customer service teams, driving sales and margin target achievement.
The key accountabilities and responsibilities of this role are:
- Ensure communication within the Telesales and Field based teams is maximised
- Sales focus is maintained and consistent across all categories
- Develop and manage performance of the team
- Mentoring, Motivating and coaching Team Leaders
- Drive telesales and customer service processes and procedures
- Leading the team and identify improvement on an ongoing basis
Key skills will include:
- Previous experience of team management within a Telesales/call centre environment
- Working to national practises and processes
- Sales and all associated targeting
- Performance management experience essential
- Excellent organisation skills
- To think on your feet and make fast quick decisions within a very busy pressurised environment
You would also be supporting the Head of Sales with financial administration including reports specific to the sales results of the teams. This role will involve some travel to other UK sites, but not on a regular basis.
