Purchase Ledger Clerk, £7.00, Northwich, Temporary

A busy temporary assignment has arisen at a large well known organisation based in Northwich.

You will ideally have experience with the retail industry, performing high volume match, batch and codes.
Previous experience on the MS Navision software would be an advantage, however training would be provided if necessary. Experience on Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage Line 50 would also be an advantage.
This role will involve Purchase Ledger invoicing, processing up to 200 invoices per day, sending out invoices, logging invoices, matching and batching, payment runs and dealing with queries.

This role offers a high, competitive salary and is also guaranteed stability as the role is for a minimum of 6 - 9 months.

Ideally you will:

- Be immediately available
- Have high volume Purchase Ledger experience
- Be well motivated and good communicator
- Be confident within a pressurised environment
- Have a flexible attitude to work and be willing to assist other members of the finance team when necessary
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
