Job Description
An expanding recruitment consultancy that provides specialised project staff to the NHS and healthcare industry is currently seeking self-motivated and dynamic individuals to work within their Cheshire based office.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, ambitious with excellent inter-personal skills and commercial awareness with the ability to maintain and develop long-term relationships with demanding health sector clients and candidates alike.

Essential Experience and Abilities:
- Min. 2yrs recruitment experience, with a successful track record ideally supporting the NHS/healthcare marketplace
- An honest, open, consultative approach
- The ability to develop business from scratch as well as nurturing existing relationships
- Commercial awareness combined with a strong work ethic
- Capable of working under your own initiative with limited supervision
- Client facing, willing to travel to get the deal done
- Candidate interviews/vetting
The Company offer a competitive basic salary, 22 days per year holiday (excl. stat.) rising with service, excellent commission, share option scheme and ongoing training.
