SALARY

Chester City Centre.


DURATION

This role is a permanent full time position.


HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 17:30pm.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Angels are currently seeking a super Recruitment/Branch Administrator for our Chester office. The position is an extremely varied and busy position and consists of:

ASSISTING THE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS WITH:
- Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with existing clients.
- Arranging service visits to existing and prospective clients.
- Obtaining full details of temporary positions on behalf of the Temporaries Consultant.
- To organise regular marketing projects.
- Diary management.

ADMINISTRATION:
- To complete and obtain references for all temporary associates.
- To complete weekly payroll, ensuring timesheets are signed and correct.
- Deal with any payroll queries and P45 requests.
- To select suitable assignments for candidates ensuring that a timesheet is issued for each assignment and that candidates have clear instructions as to the location, hours and duration of each booking together with any specific requirements.
- To maintain regular contact with all candidates as to their availability.
- To answer queries as and when they may arise.
- Order stationary; deal with the post and order other office supplies.
- Complete and create eshots, marketing mailers and prepare client gifts on a weekly basis.

RECEPTION:
- To provide a warm, professional welcome to the Branch on Reception.
- Dealing with all candidate registration interviews and entering all applications on to the database.
- To ensure that all candidates are assessed/tested.
- To be responsible to taking relevant working documents from each candidate.


EXPERIENCE:

As an experienced Administrator, ideally from the Recruitment industry, you will possess some if not all of the necessary experience above. You will be a motivated individual who works well in a fast paced environment to targets and strive to succeed.

You must be a very passionate individual who always goes the extra mile to get a job done. As well as being committed and reliable, you will also be an accurate, professional, confident and well mannered individual.

Th role involves a lot of communication via email, face to face, over the telephone and letter so you must be confident in these areas as well as being IT literate.
