This role is an on going temporary position.
HOURS OF WORK
8:30am to 17:00pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Analyst to work on an on going temporary basis.
The main purpose of the role will be;
- Receiving spreadsheets with customers data, calling the customer to fact find - how they have found the service and how my client could have improved.
- You will also be responsible for updating data and finding out if they have any other requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Experience within a Customer Service role is essential for this position.
SKILLS
For this role you will need to be confident in speaking with customers over the telephone.
