My client is looking for a Branch Supervisor to join it\'s busy operation at Risley. The client is a reputable company within their industry with locations in every major city/town in the UK.

The Role:

Responsible for the day to day running of the location with key focus being on revenue growth, people management, cost control and customer service. There is a requirement for attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Provide support to long term existing customers and assist the Manager in developing the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of a high level of customer service to all customers.
  • Responsibility for the day to day supervision of the branch in terms of shift patterns
  • Renting and returning
  • Completion of daily tasks and compliance with security and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Plan and monitor so that required tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Co-ordinate the development and coaching of the team.
  • Drive sales of ancillary products and maximise revenue growth
  • Work closely with other key departments within the organization to develop the branch.

    Skills Preferred:

  • Will have supervisory/management skills gained within a similar role.
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills

    Car/Van sales or hire would be a distinct advantage
