I am looking for a Senior HR Planning Analyst to ensure that the HR function within my client is able to achieve a measurable business impact through the provision of effective and high quality specialist business planning processes as part of the companies strategy. You will be working within the HR Strategy, Planning and Analytics team based in Macclesfield.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Strategy Planning
2. Business Planning
3. Portfolio Planning
4. Data Sourcing and Management
5. Performance Reporting
6. Project Management
7. Governance & Communications
8. Capability Build
(Full spec available to candidates within the relevant experience)
You will have:
1. A proven track record in the development and maintenance of business plans, change plans and/or portfolio plans, including complex data reporting, manipulation and analysis.
2. Good track record in portfolio planning and project management in large organisation, working within virtual (geographically diverse) multi functional teams.
3. Demonstrable ability to drive extended/virtual project teams
4. Management of diverse groups of stakeholders.
Skill and Capabilities:
1. Portfolio management skills.
2. Project management skills.
3. Influences at all levels and demonstrates courage and skill to constructively challenge.
4. Expert user of MS Excel and ability to manipulate large volumes of data/information.
5. Ability to undertake key statistical analysis routines.
6. Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in both written (including ability proficiently to use PowerPoint and ideally web-based tools) and oral forms.
7. Able to bring structure and organisation to tasks.
8. Articulate and compelling, a credible contributor at all levels in the organisation.
9. Systemic thinking skills - able to look at both the big picture and have great attention to detail.
10. Rigorous analytical thinking and highly numerate.
11. Collaboration skills - ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers, including negotiation skills.
