Customer Service Advisor roles:

Randstad Inhouse Service are specialists in the Call Centre recruitment market and currently have a number of exciting vacancies. Our client, also voted one of the 20 Best Big Companies to work for, is based in Runcorn. There is easy access to the site from the M56 and also has excellent bus routes.

Our client is based Preston Brook in Runcorn and are looking for a number of confident individuals to join their already established Customer Service team.

Your role will be to take calls from customers with queries on their account in addition to offering advice on a range of products available to them. All applicants will have a professional positive approach, putting the needs of the customer first at all times and you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of customer service. Contact centre experience is preferred.

Successful candidates will benefit from full training and ongoing support and development, subsidised restaurant, fully equipped break rooms and other random acts of kindness!

Salary £7.80 Per hour

hours: Flexible between Mon - Sun, 8.00am till 20.00pm

Part Time & Full Time Available - With immediate starts
