Lettings Administrator needed to join an Estate / Lettings Agency in Cheadle, Stockport (Cheshire).

Location: Cheadle, Stockport
Salary: £13-15K plus pension scheme

This Estate Lettings Agency is looking for a Lettings Administrator with strong administration skills to manage a portfolio of property, covering the following main duties:
- Dealing with Landlord and Tenants on the telephone
- Arranging maintenance and urgent repairs
- Processing tenancy extensions
- Conducting tenancy end deposit negotiations

The ideal candidate for this Lettings Administrator role must:
- Possess strong admin & customer service skills
- Be organised
- Have the ability to prioritise and manage their workload effectively
- Residential lettings experience would be of benefit but is not essential as full training will be given
