An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Claims Hander (Level 3) ACII qualified to support a busy claims team based in Chester.

You be pro active in your approach as you would be investigating the more complex claims and as such you will need to have;

• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally
• Good auditing skills
• Analytical approach
• Be able to manage case loads effectively and efficiently
• Be a team player
• Be ACII qualified

Compliance to FSA rules and regulations is mandatory. (General Insurance or Financial Services background is needed for this role).

This is a busy and challenging environment where the duties include dealing with the more complex claims in a professional manner, liaising articulately with third parties both verbally and in writing to ensure claims are resolved appropriately and within regulatory guidelines.

Working to deadlines you would be responsible for delivering exceptional service whilst handling a wide range of regulated claims through to resolution. The team will also highlight process improvement opportunities and work with the business to realise these benefits.

You should ideally have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics as well as being ACII qualified.
