Person Specification

Do you enjoy working to ambitious targets in a fast paced yet friendly environment, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to accurately collate information in a timely efficient and accurate manner?

Suitable candidates will have proven communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably within a financial customer service role. Proven Customer service skills with a drive to achieve company targets with previous experience is a must. Applicants must have a confident telephone manner and the ability to proactively build client relationships. As well as being able to work on their own initiative, work to deadlines and manage a heavy workload.

Salary £17,000 OTE £24,000
23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Shift run between 8am - 8pm
And 1 in 6 Saturday 9am-16:00pm
