Accounts Supervisor, Chester, £22,000 - £26,000

A positive restructure within the finance function of this niche market specialist organisation has lead to an excellent opportunity becoming available. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be tasked to run the day to day accounts operation. This is a pivotal role in the business and it is extremely important in driving the business forward. You will be managing a small accounts team of four and responsible for producing accounts through to Balance Sheet level.

Ideally you will be:

-Experienced in the running of a small busy accounts function.
-Capable of taking a hands-on approach, liaising with non-finance staff
-Able to suggest improvements in efficiency to reporting
- Able to support and manage a team
Able to work in a fast paced environment, working with in depth reconciliation projects
